Make squares and serve. Another option is to freeze it in individual disposable cups. When ready to serve, put the cups under warm running water and take out kulfi.

2 (5 ounce) cans evaporated milk

2 (7.6 ounce) cans canned table cream (media crema)

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

2 slices white bread

¼ teaspoon ground cardamom

12 blanched almonds

Directions

Pour evaporated milk, canned cream, and sweetened condensed milk into a blender; tear bread into pieces and add to blender. Add cardamom and almonds; blend until liquified, 3 to 4 minutes. Pour into a 9x13-inch glass dish and freeze 8 hours or overnight before cutting into squares and serving.
